Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameDeckHub ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

GameDeckHub provides free browser-based card games including Solitaire, FreeCell, Hearts, Spider Solitaire, Pyramid Solitaire, Golf Solitaire, TriPeaks Solitaire, Crazy Eights, and related learning content. All games are available without charge and without requiring an account.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute the Site's source code or content
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer any software contained on the Site
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Site

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers or networks
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

User Content

Game statistics, preferences, and progress are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. GameDeckHub does not collect, store, or manage user accounts or user-generated content on its servers.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding user data stored locally), features, and functionality are owned by GameDeckHub and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The card game rules themselves are in the public domain, but our specific implementations, designs, and written content are proprietary.

Advertising

The Site may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help keep GameDeckHub free to use. Ad content is governed by the respective ad network's policies and is not endorsed by GameDeckHub.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. GameDeckHub does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GameDeckHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site. Since the Site is provided free of charge for entertainment purposes, our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $0.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in a competent court of jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
